How partnership works
Apply. Fill the form below. We respond within 1
business day with a 30-min onboarding call invite.
Onboard. We set up your dashboard, brand the
digests (white-label tier), and walk your team through the matcher.
Usually one call, no contract gymnastics.
Refer or roll out. Affiliate: share your ref link.
White-label: add client cap statements to your dashboard. Institutional:
we import your cohort and the weekly digest starts firing the next
Monday.
Co-market. Once you have 3+ clients live: joint
webinar, blog cross-link, partner directory listing on
topicscout.io/partners. Quarterly cadence.
Get paid. Affiliate: 30% recurring via Stripe on
the 1st. White-label/Institutional: you bill your clients separately;
your TopicScout license is the floor.

FAQ
Can I run all three tiers at once?
Yes — affiliate refers clients who pay TopicScout directly
($29/mo each), white-label covers clients you manage in your book,
institutional covers your full portfolio. They’re additive, not
exclusive.
What’s the difference between affiliate and white-label?
Affiliate: your client signs up at topicscout.io, pays us, you get
30% recurring. White-label: you pay one flat license fee, manage your
own client list inside your firm’s dashboard, brand the digests
with your logo. White-label is better if you don’t want your
clients to know about TopicScout by name, or if you’re bundling
the digest into your consulting fee.
Is there an exclusivity clause?
No. You can partner with HigherGov, GovWin, etc. at the same time.
What does the co-hosted webinar look like?
One hour, recorded, posted to your YouTube + ours. We bring the SBIR
topic-of-the-week data; you bring the audience and the case study. We
have a template deck. CFRE-equivalent credits aren’t available for
SBIR, but state SBDC CE credits often are.
